  1. Take of Jasmine rice half mudu.
  2. Take 2 cups of Precooked rice.
  3. You need 1 cup of Flour.
  4. Prepare 2 tbs of Instant Yeast.
  5. Take 1 tsp of Baking powder.
  6. Use of Salt.
  7. Use 1 tbs of yoghurt.
  8. Provide of Sugar half cup.
  9. You need of Onions.
  10. Provide of Pepper.
  11. Use of Oil for frying.

Steps to make Masa:

  1. Soak your Jasmine rice over night,wash and rinse then drain aside.
  2. Add precooked rice into the Jasmine rice and grind into a smooth paste.
  3. Proof your yeast by adding sugar and warm water for 5 minutes,then add into masa paste.
  4. Add flour, sugar and salt then stir until well combined,let rise for 2 hours in a warm place or under the sun.
  5. After two hours,add yogurt, chopped onions and peppers and mix again.
  6. Place your masa maker on heat and pour some oil,when hot,add the masa paste and fry both sides.
  7. And your masa is ready,serve with vegetable soup,sugar or honey.
